Lemon, in spirit.
Limoo means lemon/lime in Farsi. It's the name I grew up with for the fruit I've loved my whole life — sharp, bright, a little unexpected. It felt right for a studio built on the same idea.
I trained at George Brown College's pastry program and started Limoo from a small studio in Toronto's east end, focused on the kind of cakes I'd always wanted to make: decorative, hand-finished, made for the moments people remember.
It's just me — one studio, one set of hands, a few cakes a week. That's the point.
